HSA – AUTOMATIC FILTER

Fully automatic water filtration without interrupting the process (Bernoulli principle)

In many industrial plants, river or sea water is used for process cooling, which naturally has a high degree of pollution. That means, heat exchangers and entire cooling systems must be constantly protected from contamination. Our HETA self-cleaning filter, which works according to the Bernoulli principle, handles these high dirt loads at low differential pressure.

Properties

Materials

The vessel can be made of stainless steel or carbon steel (with or without internal coating). We are also specialized in materials such as Inconel, Alloy, Hastelloy, Duplex or Super Duplex.

Filter inserts

  • Slot type element
  • Sieve basket made of perforated plate covered with mesh or without mesh

Filter insert available made of stainless steel, titanium or Super Duplex. Other materials upon request.

  • Differential pressure transmitter/pressure gauge
